SAFE (Scaffolding And Formwork Engineering) the Netherlands developed together with Scafom an innovative prop to support every concrete deck, of every thickness and on every level. The name is Polyprop.

The expression Poly is chosen because of the many possible applications. This is the strength of the Polyprop. In first instance the prop is suitable to be used as a free-standing prop. In this use the Polyprop distinguishes itself from others due to its very favourable rate of weight/carrying capacity. The Polyprop offers more! Together with a small number of parts it creates the Polypropping, a system in which you can form every slab in the most economical and safe way. On site you only need one supplier to form the horizontal formwork. For a contractor the Polypropping is a universal system for civil concrete structures.

With the Polypropping, Scafom is focusing on a special application field: civil concrete structures (bridging etc.).

The Polyprop has a relatively low self-weight, a great carrying capacity and can therefore also be applied in the civil industry. Because of the use of aluminium beams and horizontal bars and frames within the system, the distance between the legs can be varied very easily, which makes the system applicable for all concrete deck- and beamwork. This wide range of applications is proved by the scale of completed sites all over the world.
